1. The client is fully responsible for all content uploaded to their hosting account.

4. We are not responsible for data loss, hacking incidents, or server downtime caused by factors beyond our control.
5. Hosting fees, once paid, are non-refundable under all circumstances.
3. Software & App Development Terms
1. Mailsus Software Company develops custom software and mobile applications based on the client’s provided data, requirements, and materials.
2. During or after the upload process (for example, to Google Play Store), if any account gets blocked, suspended, or flagged, Mailsus Software Company will not be held responsible.
3. No refunds or compensation will be provided in such cases.
4. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content, data, and materials provided for upload comply with the Google Play Store policies or any other platform’s terms.
5. Our responsibility is limited to software creation and upload assistance; we do not guarantee approval, publication, or account safety on third-party platforms.
4. Payment Policy
1. Advance payment is required before the project begins.
2. The remaining amount must be paid upon project completion or as agreed in the contract.
3. All payments made to Mailsus Software Company are non-refundable once services have started.
5. Limitation of Liability
Mailsus Software Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to data loss, account suspension, or third-party actions.
6. Changes to Terms
Mailsus Software Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. All updates will be posted on our official website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
